Sarah Schlosser
Sarah holds a M.S. in Leadership Education from University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a B.S. in Agriculture from Kansas State University. She is currently employed by the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Division of Extension as the statewide Organizational and Leadership Development Program Manager. She brings experience building the capacity of nonprofits to her role on the Madinah Academy Board of Directors. Sarah converted to Islam in 2016 and has been actively contributing to education and community events that address common misconceptions about Islam and build bridges with non-Muslim neighbors. She is excited to have the opportunity to build upon the vision of Madinah Academy’s founders and ensure our youth have a place to build community and connection, gain a high quality education and develop Islamic character. In everything she does, Sarah aims to “see, hear, lift up and inspire”. She enjoys creating and exploring alongside her 4-year old son Anwar.
